As you already know, TwoBar Media officially acquired the website design and hosting operations of Hyper Wave Consulting (HWC) effective June 1, 2025. This transition includes the management of all websites, hosting services, domain registrations, and related services previously provided by HWC.
During this transition, we have identified several inconsistencies in our existing records, including instances where no active service agreement can be located. To ensure consistency, transparency, and continued service without interruption, we are requiring all former HWC clients to sign a new Digital Services Agreement.
We will continue to honor any valid, written agreements previously executed under HWC through the full term of those contracts. Moving forward, clients will be required to execute a new service agreement and we will be contacting each client individually to make those arrangements.
As the costs of essential services, software licenses, and underlying technologies continue to rise across the industry, we must adjust our pricing to ensure we can maintain the high level of quality, security, and support our clients expect. This adjustment allows us to continue investing in infrastructure, innovation, and customer service. As a result, some clients may see a price increase on certain services associated with your account. We remain committed to transparency and delivering exceptional value.
We have updated our Terms of Service, Fair Use, and Domain Registration Policies, which outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for all services provided by TwoBar Media. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and provide a clear framework for service delivery and support.
